I have been denied Check-in by the Hotel Manager because I had booked the Hotel Room at ₹ 799 with Discounted price as OYO Wizard Member. At night 10:00 PM I had to wait for Check-in for around more than an hour. When the manager was ready for that he charged me ₹ 400 Extra and my breakfast was included in OYO but Hotel Manager denied the Breakfast. And also, when I asked for the Bill then also the Hotel manager was not ready to provide Bill. Later, I had to request a lot and told him that I need the bill for my official purpose then he provided me the Bill. It was a very horrible experience. I will never suggest anyone to book this Hotel Hiland International, Kolkata.
And one more piece of Important information is that the Hotel Hiland International, Hotel Hiland, Hotel Regency, and Hotel Regency International are the same hotel in the same building. The hotel owner is running this hotel with two names. So remember this before booking this Hotel.
