It started from 3 July and I have raised numerous complaints and call my local airtel fiber provider dozen of times but he keep ignoring my call and not solving my problem it’s been 5 days now and I had 3 messages from airtel that your quarry is resolved but in reality no engineer has bothered to come and check at the problem. It has been so frustrating and harsh on us and we have to lost a lot of money because of our broadband connection nit working( for which we have paid for 6 months in advance). It truly has been so depressing knowing the fact that I can’t do anything about this so I would like to cancel my subscription and I want my money back
