I ordered “Livpure Fenix 90 1400 m3/hr T-Shape Chimney”, we received the product and Technician came to fix the product at my home town. Technician suggested that it is not suitable as per the Kitchen size (because kitchen size is small). I called Amazon customer care, they spoken with “dawntech electronics private limited, Chennai”, and they rejected to replace with small size chimney and refund. Then I called next day to Amazon customer care, they suggested me to contact Livpure customer care, I called them and they said to send an email to Livpure customer email address. I sent email and they simply replied that I want to contact Amazon again.
I need help on this please.
