When I try to send PORT sms from my mobile getting this message “UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There is an active request for the change of ownership / reverification process ongoing for this number. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.’
And I try to contact the customer care but they receive call.
Please help
