Hi this is akshay i am using airtel service for more than 10 years

I am using prepaid and pospaid both the service

9665544319 & 9004390496

Last 8 days having Internet issue on my phone i cant be able to use my internet service instead of i am having 500gb data balance in my account 9004390496

I have visited at airtel galary at lbs marg marg m west mumbai first they told me to take the dublicate sim card but still my problem not solved then i visited again they told me there is some technical problems just because of that you are facing the problem next day again same problem again i visited to airtel gallary now they are telling that you have added family menber so the data is diverted and as per the plan of 299rs you have used your data limit now they have given me advance 10 gb data for 12 billing cycle

I want to know when i never added any member in my plan so how can data get diverted and insted of having data balance in my account why cant i use it. Airtel had taken complete payment for my plan

I want a solution for this either i dont want to use airtel service any more

It is very disappointing for me
