I have ordered 2 Phone.
It’s a complain regarding Order ID OD328782157889631100 Realme 10 Pro 5G (Dark Matter, 128 GB) Purchased On EMI, I have contacted flipkart several times but still nobody knows where the product is, its delivery date was 5th August, now its 10th. Everyone at flipkart is saying just wait for it and giving the same repetitive answers the team is working on it but no body have authority to do anything. I don’t know how big team needs to resolve and deliver just a single order. They are are increasing the resolution date from 11Aug to 12 Aug to 13Aug now they have given 14th Aug .
Kindly help to resolve this problem. I am not responsible for the EMI payment or interest penalty if I am getting the product like these kinds of harassment situations.
