I have a vodafone sim with the ₹399 package of unlimited calls and 4G data. For the past few weeks I cannot make a call to anyone and cannot be reached by anyone due to the poor vodafone network. I cannot even make a connection to vodafone helpline 198. This is quite unfair as I have paid for the prepaid package and still I don’t receive the basic functionality of making and recieving calls. Also, quality of network is extremely poor since the last 6 months. For example, frequent call drops, poor 4G speed – not even receiving speed of 250 kbps.
