Text of Complaint by Krishna:

I paid the overdue amount fully and when I tried to do transactions it’s getting declined and later when contacted support, they informed that amount has been liquidated l, so why is the onecard active and also have paid th dues, what about that amount, it’s a FD, so refund my amount which I have paid now, why is this all not shown in the app and how come onecard is active
