I dakshina sogani the paytm user transferred money from my bank account 100036981224 to my paytm wallet for payment of my Amity law University fees but I couldn’t access it.
Later calling the customer care number of times their was no response, I transferred the money to my brother’s paytm so that if he could pay the fees but nothing could be done and now paytm has flagged and blocked a sum of RS 69700 amount.
They are neither allowing me use this paytm wallet amount for payment of my fees. I am charging with late fees at my college. Please see to the matter as soon as possible. I am attaching all the relevant details including call records to their customer care.
