I order VINCENT CHASE Shield Sunglasses Order ID: OD428000389055001100 on the 4th of May and got them delivered on the 6th of May, 2023. On the same day, I raised a return request but they canceled again and again. It’s almost one month now. On a daily basis, I am trying to connect with them and ask them for a return they just giving me wait for some time our backend team calls you but I didn’t get any call or update and on next day they just closed that raised one ticket and again I have to call and request for same and this happening from last one month in the loop. Now it’s harassing me mentally and physically. Now I understood I wasted my time and energy by doing this daily. I need full compensation regarding this because of mental harassment. Below I attached an invoice copy of the same.
