I ordered an IFB washing machine from amazon but that item was defective and I asked for replacement and a replacement is issued and pickup for my defective product is scheduled on 13-nov-2020, but the pickup wasn’t done due to their issues which i don’t know and then I called amazon customer service about this problem and the representative said that he’ll raise the pickup request once again. He placed a pickup for 15-nov -2020, the pickup is done on 15-nov-2020 and on 16-nov-2020 I got a messase stating that pickup is done and refund is initiated. I never asked for the refund for my product I asked for only replacement. The amazon has taken my product for replacement and without my intimation or permission they have canceled my replacement and initiated refund. They have also deducted all the offer amount from the price and gave refund. How is this fare for me to suffer the loss for the mistakes from amazon side. They have wasted my time, money and disturbed me for their mistakes. they have cheated me for their faults. the product was at price rs. 26,490.00 and from this they have discounted bank discunt of rs 1,1,86.51 and cashback discount of rs.1,988.76 and gave refund of rs.23,314.73 to my bank account. Now the product is not availbe in-stock for the delivery and also they aren’t giving proper explanation to me as the total mistake is from their side. Help me to get proper justice
