I have a motile wi if box from vodafone. When the price increased I wanted to cancel. My contract had run out so I wouldn’t be breaching any contract agreements
I contacted Vodafone on or around the 6 th March. No one could find the account the Wi-Fi monthly payment was connected to , so unable to cancel
I decided to cancel my direct debit to prompt someone to contact me regarding late payment ,
to this date 27 th of April I’ve still received nothing from Vodafone regarding no payment.
I don’t want Vodafone running up me a large bill then contacting me in months time.
