My train ticket booking is on 03/06/2023
But after booking it’s showing on app as 02/06/2023
But the IRCTC PNR show correct date .
So next day I cancel my ticket after cancelling my ticket I can’t receive any refund amount and also the app can’t show any cancellation history on his app
The app shows the journey is completed.
And there is no way to contact customer support team
All contacts can’t work
And also no response on email
