I have booked the 2 tickets on 19/11/2019 and cancelled the tickets on 28/01/2020 before the journey (journey was in February) but still didn’t get any refund from irctc.My PNR

I have already sent the bank statement and bank letter for not refunded any amount from irctc but irctc send the only mail regarding ticket amount already refunded in my account.its been already 3 month late from IRCTC for not refunding my amount
