Text of Complaint by Dale Stephen:

I booked the ticket using happyfares from BOM to IXR travel date 18 Jan 2024 as the flight was rescheduled I cancelled the ticket on 19th Jan 2024 and Its been close to 20days since I have cancelled the ticket no refund is received. Need clarification regarding this.
