I’ve booked the ticket using happyfares from Delhi to Hyderabad for 21 Dec 2023 and as there was a reschedule of flight I’ve cancelled the ticket on 15th Dec 2023 and Its been one month since i have cancelled the ticket and no refund is received. Need clarification regarding this.
