I have ordered Samsung 301 ltr fridge from Flipkart on 04 Aug 23 in sale. I received multiple discounts on the fridge and got it for 24,100. They came to deliver the fridge today i.e on 10 Aug 2023. However, the fridge is damaged and have big dent on top part. I requested for replacement and delivery guys agreed and took back the fridge. However, after 4 hrs, I got a message, that the order is cancelled as per my request and refund is processed. It’s a total lie and for the same reason when I contacted customer care, they responded to place another order of the fridge and the current order is cancelled by ekart. When I asked about the discounts I got in the sale, they responded that to wait for next sale and buy then in a lackadaisical attitude. How can they cancel my order without my consent and lied about the reason of cancellation and ask me to place fresh order when the sale is already over?. Need justice on that matter.
