I ordered sneakers from flipkart in December 2022 and I received it on 28 dec 2022 this product was used and torn….
After it I raised a return request in jan almost 1 or 3 jan 2023 ..
On jan 13 I got a message from flipkart that my return request is cancelled..
Without my information it was cancelled then I call to customer care about my problem then they again raised my return request and on 23 jan without pick up again return request was cancelled automatically……. And this process is continue
Today on 23 feb 2023 I call again after calling 24 times on flipkart after cancelled 6 return request regarding that product …
On 22 feb I got an email for bank account details and msg also from flipkart I gave but….. No response
I am so frustrated what should I do…..
