I have ordered Product through Amazon by choosing HDFC Bank no cost EMI option, but I didn’t received that product for more than 18 days, then I have requested for cancellation. But after cancelling the product EMI is closed even still I received statement to pay processing +interest amount. But Amazon is denying that they are not liable even from HDFC bank also. No proper terms and conditions mentioned related to EMI transaction cancellation by Amazon. Finally as a customer I am liable to pay 231rs to the bank and its impacting my cibil score as well.
