I booked ticket on 20/11/2021 from bom to gkp . After booking and deduction of money i got stating that your ticket has been cancelled due to fare expiration and a minute later they called me saying same thaty cancelled has been cancel and refund will be initiated in 3-4 working day, try again after 5min later. It almost been 1.5 month and still didnt got my refund. I called their customer care almost 20 to 25 times and they same “due to merchant issue I have for 1 week and after 1week same thing again”
