Hi team,
I have placed an order with Flipkart and then cancelled it. However the item was still delivered. Contacted flipkart to raise return request. and its been more than 1 month there is no resolution to it. The item costs 24K, and billed on credit card. As becaused they have not refunded the amount yet, so my bank has charged interest on this amount. I have been calling them regularly and always the response is, it will be resolved withing 24-48 hrs. And so their twitter handle. Contacted their customer service head on cs-head@flipkart.com, multiple times but no response. It seem the query is lost in some dark space or intentionally they dont want to resolve this.
Would you please direct me to correct POC so that this can be resolved.
