Respected sir,
e ticket was cancelled on 10 oct 2020 at IRCTC (Railway) site and refund was processed on 11 oct 2020. PNR No was 8806070338 vide transaction Id 100002416609643. Rs 4425 was to refund back on cancellation in my account .IRCTC says they have refunded on 11 oct 2020 vide reference no 028306450164.The wide fraud has been done by the fraud staff net work of IRCTC in refund process and yet in spite of complain to IRCTC Rs 4425 has not refunded back to my account.
