On 1st Feb I have booked the train ticket from IRCTC app from Dimapur to Thane and on 4th Feb also I have booked another train ticket from the same app but due to some problems could not able to travel so I have cancelled both the ticket, soon after cancellation I have got the message saying that I will be refunded with amount Rs. 850 within 3-4 working days but even after a week past I have not received any amount so I wrote email to irctc official email they have replied back my email saying that amount will be transfer in my account but till now I haven’t received any amount from IRCTC
