i had booked a prepaid cab in advance, my flight got delayed by 20 min, upon arrival i came to know my booking was canceled and i was levied 650 cancelation charges, i was ready to pay waiting charges if cab driver would have waited, but it was canceled by driver and I had to bare cancelation charges which is not fair.Trip id : 10397243
I had referred to the policies and as per it there is a waiting charge suppose to be there if customer is late, i was in flight and maybe the driver had called and i was unreachable for of course reasons that there is no network in plane.
I had not canceled the booking, the driver cancelled booking stating customer canceled.
i had to suffer when i arrived and had to struggle to book another cab after arrival as the one i pre-booked was canceled without my consent.
