I was traveling and had to reschedule my travel for personal reasons. Later, the ticket wad cancelled 4hours before the travel time. I contacted NueGo customer support and have asked for the refund. The support informed me that the refund will be processed in 7 days and later denied. Please help me with the refund. PNR: 2010708 Date: 16-08-2023
