Hi,
I had placed a cancellation request for 3 postpaid nos with Vodafone which belongs to me since I was facing a lot of issues related to the services. I marked a mail as well regarding this and had specifically told the team to call me on my primary number so that I can discuss the issue in detail.
No call back was done by the Vodafone team. Email revert was such that uneducated agents are replying to me who are not able to understand my issue. Email attached.
I visited the Vodafone store and they gave me an option to convert my postpaid nos to prepaid. I agreed and also reverted on the chain mail of cancellation stating clearly no to cancel my numbers so that I can avail the option of converting my postpaid nos to prepaid.
Despite this, my 3 postpaid nos were suspended today.
My challenge is:
- Unable to connect with customer care over the phone, since post selecting the relevant IVR option of speaking to the customer care executive, the call goes blank.
- Visited the Vodafone store today in Thane. It mentions that they are open closed on ODD days (Nowhere they have mentioned which are the ODD days accordingly to them)
I am left helpless with no resolution.
