Text of Complaint by Gaurav Khadria:

Complaint agst: one97 communication Pvt Ltd

I booked two tickets through Paytm on 13/11/18 with w/L 2&3 (order ID 6519061369). Date of journey 18/11/18. After chart preparation(around 11.15am) I received msg from irctc confirming both my tickets. After 5hours(around 4pm) I got another msg from irctc cancelling both my tickets without me doing anything. The time for chart preparation was 11.05am. I tried to cancel the tickets till 10.59 am but it could not be cancelled due to server error. Paytm executives are agreed that I tried to cancel till 10.59 am. They said that the request for cancellation was queued and processed later. This was the fault completely on their part(their server issue). But they are denying to issue the refund amount. They are completely defying their responsibility. We are trying to contact the customer care from last 4 days but they are just harassing us without providing a suitable resolution.
