i have cancelled my jio fiber services with order no- CO00007DPZQ scheduled on 04-08-2021.The representative was supposed to come and take back their Equipment and Process the refund of my security Deposit, but nobody shows up and they re-Schedule for 06-08-2021 and i receive the mail for the same.i have been waiting ever since, they do no have decency to call and inform they wont be coming,so i have wasted 3 different days waiting for them.today is 15th August and this cancellation request was raised on 20th July.its almost a Month but no response.i get multiple calls from Jio representatives but none of them know what is going on, they keep making excuses and ask to call customer care which i have done multiple times, i have emailed them too, but they just give automated responses, if this is not resolved soon i will be Writing to TRAI.
