This is in reference to cancellation of rides by Ola drivers 12 times within an hour on 19/08/2022. On all the occassions, they deliberately accepted the booking and cancelled the rides so as to gain their share from the cancellation amount i.e. ₹50 for each ride. We were continuously being harassed by atleast 7 drivers asking for extra cash since it was a day of Janamashtmi and they mentioned that there is shortage of cabs and hence didn’t turn up on the pick up location. 2 drivers were extremely abusive when we asked them about how can they accept the booking and don’t reach the at the pick up location and simultaneously charge the cancellation fees. Hence, I request your action against mental harassment and rude behaviour against a woman and therefore compensate us accordingly.
