I booked one ac 2 tire ticket on 15/10/2018 through paytm order id 6288697955. On journey date morning i.e. On 27.10.2018 it was on waiting status so at around 10.30 am i tried to cancel the ticket through paytm only but paytm showed error message unable to process. After that I didn’t try again and after around 2 hours I got message that my ticket was confirmed after chart preparation. So I boarded on the train but after 4.5hours journey one person boarded on the same birth from another station that time I came to know that my ticket was canceled. What kind of harassment it was. That time it was showing cancelled and refunded. But after several day when I didn’t get the refund, I contacted paytm on 10.11.2018 and their executive Shreya Jain attended my call and informed me that the ticket was canceled at 3.55pm. And she tried to put it on my shoulder stating it was my fault why I have not taken screen shot why I have not sent mail. Then I made a complain regarding the issue with complain Id 95215127. Paytm sent me mail that by 24 hours they will revert me back but 48 hours passed but I didn’t get any . So again on 12.11.2018 I called to paytm this time Puru Kumar attended the call but his attitude was very bad so I told him to transfer call to senior executive and Saket Kumar attended the call and this fellow who is a senior executive he told me it is a matter of money it can take two months also. When I pointed it he told didn’t mean to say this. Then he told he has raised the issue to his senior. Now my point is when they showd error message unable to process at 10.30am how can they process it automatically at 3.55pm without my concern. It was totally paytm’s technical fault and they shoud refund my ticket amount. I am not asking any compensation for the harassment and insult I had to face in train but paytm should refund the booking amount.
