I ordered iphone 13 on sep 22 2022 during the big billion day sale. My order successfully got placed amd my delivery was showing in sep 28. I did not receive proper updates regarding the shipment so i raised this concern with the Flipkart team and i was assured each time that the product has been shipped by the seller and will reach me on a later date which was October 4 ,2022. I patiently waited for the delivery but i didn’t get any communication regarding that on 4th October. So i connected with the team again and they asked me to wait till the next working day so that the product will be delivered. Now all of a sudden when i checked my message today morning i received a communication from Flipkart that my order has been cancelled. I requested them to give me the same product at the price i ordered but they clearly denied that. I really feel cheated. I need justice for this scam..
