I purchased Royals club membership on 3 Aug,2022 for Rs 55,000 but now when I want to book hotel room they are saying send mail for it.The service is very poor.My money is stuck.I want to cancel my policy.

Same happened for us also ..they promised no extra money but when we found we request to cancel this immideate on next day ..but still no refund
