I had booked an outstation ride from Thane to Mahabaleshwar for 3 days from 10th Jun to 12 th h Jun 2022. I had booked this ride 3 or 4 days before the date of the journey.
I received the driver details one hour before the time of the journey.
However at the last moment the driver cancelled the ride.
I tried to book an outstation ride again but the new driver also cancelled the ride.
This caused a lot of inconvenience to me and my family.
Our journey got delayed due to such unprofessional conduct by the Ola drivers.
It was difficult to find another cab at a very short notice.
Ola has to be responsible for such cancellations by the drivers especially when the outstation rides are booked well in advance.
