Text of Complaint by Nishank mishra:

I had bought an realme narzo 50 on 28th March. Next day delivery was shown.
Exchange was also included.
The package was not delivered for three days and later it was returned to seller.
I again spoke to executive and he said sorry and asked me to order again .
Again I ordered same phone on 31st. Spoke to atleast 10-12 executive and requested to deliver it on time.
They said yes .
Now again my package is returned to seller.
Basically I have kept my old phone( for exchange) formatted from last 6 days.
No email
No watsapp
No contacts
It almost costed me my job. And still I have no phone with me. .thank you for such awesome professionalism.
Pathetic and demotivating.
