I ordered a cake and had paid the amount already.The delivery boy called me but the call got disconnected. Then I again rang him but he didnt pick up the phone. Then 2nd or 3rd time when I rang him he said that now the order has to be cancelled as you didint pick up the phone and he wasn t on my location even. And swiggy as a cancellation fee charged me up for the whole order and after calling their customer care they refunded only half the amount saying its your fault,you didn t pick up the phone. I want my whole money back.
