Order id – ‪1704896289‬ I ordered food amount deducted after deducting amount, hotel declined the order message came AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED AFTER 3 -4 WORKING DAYS When chat with customer care – told it was gateway failure but when checked with hotel the payment was successful THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE MISGUIDED BY TELLING THE PAYMENT WAS DUE TO GATEWAY FAILURE. THEY TELLING 7 TO 8 WORKING DAYS INFACT ZAMOTO CHEATED US BY DEDUCTING MONEY AND KEEPING MONEY FOR A LONGER PERIOD UNAUTHORISED IN THE NAME OF PROCESSING IF ZAMOTO IS DOING DAILY THIS FOR 50 PERSONS, THIS AMOUNT IS BIGGER. I SUSPECT THEY ARE RAISING FUND LIKE THIS SUSPECT LIKE A BIG TRAP AND CHEATING OF ZAMOTO WHY AMOUNT DEDUCTED AND ORDER CANCELLED BY HOTEL ? EVEN AFTER SUCESSFULL PAYMENT WHY TAKING 7 TO 8 WORKING DAYS FOR REFUND WILL ZOMATO PROVIDE FOOD FOR CREDIT 7 TO 8 DAYS Today is the sixth day We ordered the food on new year, paid and waiting for the food. ZOMATO is not even bothered to inform us about canceling the order. Still fault is Mine that we paid the money. Delay of refund is RBI RESPONSIBILITY ZOMATO IS PERFECT AND DONE EVERY THING FROM THIER SIDE. LET PEOPLE JUDGE.
