I have booked my Ticket from London to Delhi throught travelgenio. At the time of booking it was clearly written that the ticket was partially refundable. Now i have to cancel my ticket due to some emergency but i am not able to contact them. I have mailed them so many time but i am just getting computer generated messages. Please help me cancel my ticket and get a refund.
