I had ordered Poco C3 variant 4 GB Ram 64 GB Rom on 30th Sep 2021 with exchange of Redmi 6A phone. On 5th Sep 2021,the delivery agent comes to deliver the order and also to exchange the phone,but he asks for bribe of Rs 800. When I refused him to give that amount,he would warn me that he cancelled my order.Next morning i.e on 6th Sep 2021 flipkart cancel my order. Is it duty of flipkart to serve his customer.
