I was tricked into taking 10 years club membership of Royals Club International by showing exciting vacation programs and five star hotel across country. However, I came to know later that they had less than 2 star properties in some of the location around country and after visiting one such property, we decided not to take their holiday. Since then, I have been requesting them to cancel my membership and refund my fees of Rs 1,20,000 paid at that time. But they have declined saying that it is non-refundable. I argued that since, I have never taken any services from their club and as per the agreement, there is no mention of non-refund of “Membership Fees” , its not leagl for them to retain my membership fees. But it has fallen in deaf ears.

Really its a fake company.i also got strucked in this company since last year 2022.There is no refund of money from the company.i also tried but they rejected.
Yes this company is fraud they are providing the booking with poor property & even asking for huge amt. for booking & denied for cancellation of membership. We should take some actions against them. Our representatives are from Matheran Neha Silva & Azhar Saikh they have denied us to help.
