Hi Team,

This is a complain abt Jio Mobile Services. When Jio was launched the sales person gave to 8 to 9 sim cards and was told that ur not paying any thing for the services so keep the numbers, if one doesnt work discard the sim and use the other one.

After few months when MyJio App was launched i saw there are 8 numbers on my name.

I have called multiple times since more than a year to cancel the services to Jio Customer Care alo on Jio Chat Service, but every time it was mentioned  that the request is placed and  it will be done but till date its not done.

I have called recently again, asked for supervisor, was told no supervisor available so to diconnecte the call and call back after 30 mins. I told the person i will be on line till supervisor is not on the line.

Advisor insisted to disconnect and call back, when i denied, The advisor disconned the line abruptly and never called back.

The last Jio Interaction No.. MR0000N7G42M. Was told that the cancellation request is submited since Nov 2018, but dont know why the service now disconnected.

Kindly look in the matter. As a Giant Company and renouned JIO Service. The consumer support and the request are taken very lightly. Is it that a consumer have to keep followup for all these.
