I have booked ticket from salem to krishnagiri in neugo bus boarding at 7am at AVR rounding in makemytrip.com. The amount paid was high event hough I have booked the ticket for urgency of travel. But to my surprise I have received that the bus is cancelled at 3am & after that 5:40 am there was another message that the bus has arrived at the boarding point. When I reached the place early they informed me that the bus got cancelled and refunded my amount. The information is false despite that no reply from nuego side given, which have cost my travel time & mental harassment.
