I had booked a bus ticket from APSRTC service via Abhibus services (India) private limited from Chennai to Hyderabad on 16 may 2019 bearing ticket number 89038344 for me and my wife as my mom was sick and we had to take her to hospital in Hyderabad. On Friday I. E. 17 may 2019, I had received a message that the APSRTC bus service which I had booked had been cancelled without any prior intimation. At the last moment I had to book a bus with private operator with an hefty amount and moreover the seat I had got was towards to last but one row. Because of which I couldn’t sleep all night. Can you please look into the issue and let me know if there is anything which you could do.
