Iam Mrs.Reshma Shivakumar. My no: is 9447120992. I was fooled by some Airtel sales person by saying that since iam a privileged customer Iam entilled to get an add on sim which will be free life long…. Then I get my sim with the no:9995626624. Then from the very next month Iam charged 199 every month. I have been complaining since then every month to cancel tht sim but the customer care keep telli me that its in process & will happen soon. Kindly resolve my problem immediately. Iam fed up talking to customer care. Pls ask someone who can solve my problem immediately to call me. Iam fed up. Did not expect this from Airtel in hu I had high regards.
