I have booked some train tickets from 3rd April to 6th April from paytm but now because of coronavirus I have cancelled my all tickets according to Central government IRCTC cannot take cancellation charges but IRCTC has deducted the cancellation charges 1140 from my tickets and refunded the balance amount so I want to know after thegovernment instructions that IRCTC cannot take the cancellation charges why my cancel IRCTC has taken cancellation charges from me so my amount should be refund of cancellation charges taken by IRCTC.
