I have ordered from zomato and my order bill is 192.i was waiting for my order and my mobile didn’t had any server so the delivery partner couldn’t reach me. I noticed it so I tried calling him from another mobile number..he said he would come but he just left without giving my order and cancelled it.Im charged for cancellation which I didn’t cancelled and as I have paid my money they won’t refund too and took my amount as cancellation charges.. I even spoke to customer service they said my order has been cancelled as I was unresponsive and they won’t refund my money back. I have a proof that I called him.
