This has reference to above order id and captioned cancellation and refund request. Pursuant to cancellation and refund request mail dt 20th September 2019 sent to eeze deals support team, a reply mail was sent on 20th  September 2019 with the following acknowledgment

  “Thanks for contacting us, your concern has successfully registered with us, within 24 to 48 hours we will back to you.”

Later a call was made by one of ezee deals executive on 21st September 2019 to confirm captioned cancellation and refund request. Upon, confirming the same the executive had intimated me that the same is cancelled and refund request is processed. Today (23rd September 2019), I was shocked to receive the package from company.

I state that I haven’t opened the package yet and it is liable to be returned on account of company’s and it’s executive’s failure to cancel the order as per mail dated 20th September 2019 and communication with executive who had agreed to cancel and process the refund request as per mail attached below.
Please find attached photo of package arrived at my residence despite cancelling the order.
It is requested that arrangements maybe made to take back this order and process my refund request as per mail dated 20th September 2019.
