Requested your team help in cancellation nad refund of club membership. I Have also updated my request on your App for cancellation of my membership with Club Mahindra and process for complete refund of my 50% advance of INR 2,41,292/- . After paying 6 lacs plus ASF of 18k we will not get rooms on any season….. if u book before 20 days or 3 month its in vein.. u will not get room .. I wanted to book room with my friend who has membership but when I get the room he will not get the same. Every months or alternate days are booked under waiting list.
I had purchased the holiday on31st March and the same got activated in 5th April and have send written cancellation on 13th 14th and 15th of April , still no reply from Club Mahindra. As per sales person the cancellation has to be within 15 days. As committed to me.
Please request to process the same as I will not be continuing with your Club Membership. There are many reason which has comeup after becoming the member … also I feel I will not be able to continue with your holiday plan as most of the time the availability is the question as per my request and also my family request. We are holiday freaks in our family and I and family members will not be ok after having Club Mahindra membership going to other resort every time. So going to other resorts with package will be more earlier than CM.
So I humbly request you to process the cancellation of my membership and process for refund. I have also instructed my Bank to cancel the monthly emi which will start hitting my bank from next month.
