Text of Complaint by Parikshit Kanadia:

According to the policy at byju’s we have to inform for cancellation during trial period and we did it but it has been nearly 60 days since and we feel like literally harassed and tortured by byju’s that had minimum of 50 calls with us asking “may i know what is the issue sir?” And then we get not response or updated and on top of that a byju’s call attendant misbehaves with the customer (girl) doesn’t have sense of what he is speaking and to whom. They talk rubbish on the phone so u get mentally irritated and cut the call that the ultimate moto of byju’s.
