I have booked a ticket (90273816) from JANGAREDDY GUDEM to Srikakulam on 13-June 2019. Since I had to cancel my journey, I tried cancelling at 8.10pm while the bus is at 9.45pm. The cancellation was not successful due to app error. I have attached the screen shot for the same (Cancellation error screen shot). As per paytm policy I can cancel until 8.44pm (paytm policy screen shot). But when i had a conversation with paytm customer care, they told cancellation is not available (Customer care screenshot).
