Text of Complaint by Marina Bronkhorst:

I have been trying to get Dial a Guard to stop their debit order on my account since August 2023. The money still goes of every month. NO reaction to any way of communication. No email, No call, No online request helps. It is blocked on my bank so that I cannot stop it from my side even if I try (as per attached file) My bank says I have to stop it at the company. So in the meantime money is been taken from my account and I can’t do anything about it.
